  • The earlier the better. At least 90 days before departure gives the best results. If your trip is within 30 days, a consultation call and rush fee may apply.

  • The fee covers the time and expertise that goes into framing your trip — the research, the curation, the coordination — regardless of what ultimately books. Where a booking earns commission, that's paid by the supplier, not you.

  • Yes — I'm happy to assist with hotel bookings and excursion planning for groups of any size. Also, I have access to premium & professionally managed homes & villas. For room blocks of 10+ rooms, see the Corporate & Group section below.

  • Not directly. I partner with vetted companies offering professionally hosted home and villa rentals with concierge and chef services included. If you book an Airbnb yourself, I'm still happy to help frame the itinerary around it.

  • Yes, as an add-on. I don't have access to discounted airfare, but I handle the research, booking, and changes.

  • Points are best used on airfare, not hotels — a seat is a seat whether booked with cash or points, but a hotel booked with points is treated as a third-party booking, which forfeits the VIP perks and personal touches I can otherwise secure.

  • It's your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months past arrival and that required visas are obtained. Check tsa.gov, dot.gov, cdc.gov, and cbp.gov for current entry requirements.

  • A room block is a set of hotel rooms reserved together for a group event, typically starting at 10 rooms. I source, negotiate, and manage the block from first contact through checkout.

  • A flat coordination fee scaled to block size, covering sourcing, negotiation, contract review, and rooming list management. See the Services page for current tiers.

  • Yes — reviewing attrition clauses, deposits, and cancellation terms is standard scope for every room block I manage.

  • Yes, available on request and quoted by event duration and complexity.

  • Ideally 5–8 months out, which typically secures the strongest rates and widest property choice.
