Framework Travel is a woman-owned and operated small business that curates travel experiences — from weekend escapes and honeymoons to full-scale corporate room blocks. I don't just plan the pieces; I frame the whole picture, so what you're left with is the moment, not the logistics.

Every trip gets the same care: the right place to stay, the right things to do, the right people to know once you land. Once I've done my part, all that's left is the part where you actually enjoy it.

Connect

We start with a call about your timing, budget, interests, and wishlist — the raw picture I'll be framing. If it's a good match, you'll pay your Planning Fee, which covers my time and expertise, not booking costs.

Frame & Book

Once your fee is in, I go to work with my partners and send your first proposal within a few days. Once you approve it, I book every piece. About 7–10 days out, you'll get your final documents — and I'll flag you as a VIP with my hotel contacts

Connect & Scope

A call to understand your event: headcount, dates, destination, budget, must-haves.

Source & Negotiate

I source properties, negotiate rate and concessions, and handle contract review — including attrition terms — so you're protected if headcount shifts.

Confirm & Coordinate

I manage the block through your event: pickup tracking, attendee questions, any add-ons you've chosen. One point of contact, not a dozen hotel emails.

Arrive & Execute

Your team shows up to a room block that's already framed and ready.
