Privacy Policy.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This privacy notice for Framework Travel, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your information when you:

  • Visit our website at www.framework-travel.com, or any website of ours that links to this notice;

  • Engage us as your travel advisor, including through our online booking cart, invoiced custom trip planning, or our intake form hosted by our host travel agency, Fora Travel, Inc.; or

  • Otherwise interact with us in connection with sales, marketing, or trip-planning inquiries.

This Privacy Policy works together with our Booking Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use, both available on our website. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services. Questions or concerns can be sent to frameworktravelllc@gmail.com.

1. What Information We Collect

Personal information you provide to us

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

  • Name, phone number, and email address

  • Billing and mailing address

  • Contact and communication preferences

  • Trip details you share with us, such as travel dates, destinations, budget, and traveler preferences

  • Payment card information, collected and processed on our behalf by our payment processor (see Section 3)

Sensitive information

Because we arrange travel bookings on your behalf, we may collect limited sensitive information strictly as needed to complete a booking, including passport numbers, dates of birth, and, where relevant to a specific trip, health or vaccination documentation required by a supplier or destination. We use this information only to arrange and confirm your travel and to comply with supplier or government requirements — never for marketing or profiling.

Information we receive from third parties

If you begin planning a trip through our intake form hosted by Fora Travel, Inc. (our host travel agency), the information you submit there is shared with us to begin working on your trip. We do not otherwise receive information about you from third parties.

Payment data

If you make a purchase through our website’s cart, your payment is processed by Stripe, via Squarespace. We do not store your full card details ourselves. Stripe’s privacy notice is available at https://stripe.com/privacy. For custom trips arranged outside the cart, payment is coordinated directly with you by your advisor and, where applicable, through Fora Travel’s secure client portal; Fora’s privacy practices are available at https://www.foratravel.com.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you agree to notify us of any changes.

2. How We Process Your Information

We process your information to:

  • Deliver and administer the travel advisory and booking services you request;

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;

  • Communicate with you about your trip, bookings, and account;

  • Send marketing or promotional communications, where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time (see Section 7);

  • Post testimonials, with your permission, which may include your name and trip details;

  • Evaluate and improve our services; and

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies to track visitors across our website. If that changes, we will update this notice accordingly.

3. When and With Whom We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services, and never sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Fora Travel, Inc., our host travel agency, which provides the technology platform, payment coordination, and back-office support for our advisory business;

  • Travel suppliers necessary to complete your booking, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and destination management companies — these suppliers receive only the information necessary to fulfill your specific booking (e.g., traveler name, passport details, dates);

  • Stripe and Squarespace, to process cart payments and operate our website;

  • Service providers who support our business operations under confidentiality obligations; and

  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business assets.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting recordkeeping). When we no longer have a legitimate business need to retain your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

5. How We Keep Your Information Safe

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk.

6. Children's Information

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian booking travel that includes a minor, you represent that you are authorized to provide that minor's information to us for the purpose of arranging their travel. If we learn we have collected information from a minor outside of this context, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact us at frameworktravelllc@gmail.com with any concerns.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications or, where applicable, certain uses of your data.

Opting out of marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing, service-related messages (e.g., booking confirmations).

EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your Member State data protection authority, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, as applicable.

8. Do-Not-Track Signals

As no uniform standard for Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals currently exists, we do not respond to browser DNT signals at this time. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

9. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights regarding your personal information, described below.
